Happy go lucky burpee-dude prepping for his seven minutes of flop and hop. As for today's WOD, don't scrimp on the lower body warm up. Ankles will be rolling like marbles if you don't control your direction changes.
____ rounds for time of:
10 Burpees
15 Jumping alternating lunges
20 Double-unders
25 yard Shuttle sprint (5 x 5 yards)
Rest 90 seconds

36:21 - 8 rounds...but can I have a disclaimer? My doubleunders got me on first and last round...grrr!!! Slow on the first and a broken jumprope on the last. Uhhh..yeahhh...that's my excuse! :) Thank you ALL for cheering me on and so fun to meet new people at my own gym and from visiting gyms. Oh and did I mention 4 days on Paleo for Lent = 3 lbs lighter! BAM! :)
