A series of heroes this week. A bit out of order but as always, meaningful reminders of the sacrifices made by these special Americans.

Many of you have experimented with the bands on various aspects of your hip and shoulder mobility. Here's a good vid from Kelly about combining methods of stretch-band usage to get into those hard to work spots.
We've seen some good activity on the WOD/Nutrition logs. While we're learning from you all and like the two way opportunity for input, the important thing is that you keep the info somewhere. A simple Excel file is really the best option. Say the word and we'll get you on board.

Wahhhhh! I hate being damaged, missing all the good wods! However, Cool Trainer put us through a grueling one tonight.....400m walking lunges! What have I ever done to you Denise?! :) Just kiddin..it was great, already leaving a mark and good bonding time w/the Shimmy Shammi Sham-Wow duo. We were the wounded shoulder brigade!

OK, so apparently I'm a big ole cheater. Yesterday I thought I went rx'd, but I did power cleans instead of snatches...big dif!
Today, I did the same push press weight as little bitty birthday girl Deb...so go figure. Thanks for the constant grace and Understanding...ESP from Deb and Edgar (Oh, wait, that must have been me dreaming again) Thanks to the Prescription Police for keeping me "honest".
