30:32/5rds - Did 24"step up so I didn't have to swing my shoulder and one armed thrusters w/15#. Ran an extra 400m w/JBC while he finished. He did 41:59/5rds w/24" box jumps, 25# one armed thrusters. Thanks for thinking of us w/the mods, Serrano ladies! :)
