Take a look at your nutrition log for the week. Review how you can start recording your info more clearly as well as identify patterns that start to emerge (i.e., what crap should not be in there?! what good items are you consuming too much of?).
If you haven't got a food log or WOD log going, start now! Use your own spreadsheet or use one of our G-docs. Start recording; it works.
