When We Do It

  • CrossFit Marina Organized Workouts:
    Monday-Friday 05:30, 06:00, 07:00, 08:15, 09:00 and 10:00 am (Please come at class time only). If you're late please workout at the next class! Monday - Thursday 4:00, 5:00 and 6:00 pm. Friday 4:00 and 5:00 pm Saturday 08:00 and 09:00. We are closed Sundays.

Cost

  • Monthly or Daily -
    On a Drop-In basis: $20.00. Monthly Unlimited visits are: $170.00

Sorry I split before the scoring started, I think it was 317-320 ish.

458! BAM! But, don't get too excited, total mods :) Used pvc pipe w/sand for presses and 10#ball for slams, but they were just p/u from a squat to shoulder height then/drop & squat down again..good cardio burn! But....let the record show, my box jumps were legit at 133!!! Corgi Power!
Shoulder Boy: 302 mod-ing w/65#dl for presses and 40#ball for slams like mine. Box jumps were legit, w/some step ups...I'm just sayin.
Good crew at 8:00 and good hustle! And now....I rest til Monday...ahhhhhh :)
