Tape your hands for the pull up bar lately? You might give it a shot to refresh your taping technique. You may not need it today but watch those callouses either way. Stay in the game like this young lady. Motivation.
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
18 Box jumps, 24" box
15 Toes to bar
12 Pull-ups
Check out this article on Joe's team victory last Friday. Took the season opener in the last 4 seconds with a three point shot, against the team with one of the hottest players in the county. Nice job coach!
