For those of you who missed the 5 pm showing, boy howdy did we see a performance! Seated box jumps that looked like Bill floated through the air.
Me? I just did the front squats, from 22# to 85#. It's been a while since I did any so I started really light.

Whoa whoa....can someone explain to me what a seated box jump is and how in the world is 45" and box jump used in the same sentence? Someone challenging my 32" PR jump? :) Rawr!!! Good job!!!!
