Two lengths of the pool - dunk your head (down and back - NO DIVING!)
400m Run
15 Ball Slams
15 Burpees
15 Thrusters
Just keep moving; brrrrrrr. You can pee on your buddy but don't pee in the pool. Bring two of your three appetites (hard work and liquid refreshment) and have some fun.
We'll be open tomorrow for two workout times, 8:00 and 9:00 am; then back to the regular schedule on Tuesday.
