0800 and 0900 workouts today. Welcome back from vacation. We'll get back to the regularly scheduled programming (full workout load) manana. Today we'll run a pairs WOD for max reps during a 5K row.
Each partner rows 500m (before swapping out) as the other does as many reps as possible of:
7 KB Swings - 1.5 pood/1 pood
7 Knees to Elbows
7 Push Press - 135/95#
7 Burpees
Rep count ends when the team finishes the 5K. Muy rapido!
Nice comfortable weather yesterday. Hope you had a fun Christmas with family and friends. It should be getting nice and cool for the 1st though. Wonder how cold the water will be?
