Bottom of Edwards Hill, park next to the dog park. Bring a day pack with anything from 35 to 70 pounds (or just a water bottle...).
- Walk up the hill on the dirt trail south of the road and behind the dog park, pacing off about 130 steps to the top. Don't let your pace length shorten too much. Then return to the bottom, finish stretching and warming up with some leg awings and squats then:
Do SIX round trips as rapidly as possible (safely - watch your ankles) for time.
Rest one minute in between trips.
Finish with a nice cool down walk in the grass near the parking lot. At least eight minutes of nice slow stretches.
