Change it up a little, geez! Today's a nice couplet. Go heavy or go... not so heavy. Use your better judgment and IF you want to do this with no timer, feel free to just work your form. For the pull-ups either hold a DB between your shins (wear those bitchen 80's socks), or use one of the belts.
Three rounds, 15-12-and 9 reps, for time of:
135 pound barbell Thrusters
45 pound weighted Pull-ups
You know the deal, heavy but safe with only best form. And don't split without getting some mobility cool-down work! Kelly's back on it.
Remember the CPR/AED class on Saturday still has a few openings if you want in. Throw your name on the list and we'll see you at 10:30.
Best of luck to Brian, headed all the way to Alabamy for the combined USAW/CrossFit event. Have fun and be safe bro.

Blair, we were both in the 13 minute range and I'd like the record to show that for the first and only time in history I BEAT YOUR TIME!!!! :) Granted, it doesn't mean much since you had 10# more on your thruster and 15# more on your pull ups, but still...give me a moment to gloat :) Good job girl!! No way will I try and compete with you tonight. Ugh!

I just found out the "bored" meeting is next week! I'll be there tonight. Can't believe I'm excited to do thrusters and pull ups but it beats the crap out of board meetings...just saying.
