7 Ring Dips (or Bar Dips or Band or Bench Dips)
15 Push Ups
20 Walking Lunges
Great form here on the split jerk as Wyatt's mom starts to drive that bar up; from opening hips through, the shoulders to a good lock out.

Maybe we're not posting cause we're all sore since we're doing the moves properly now....ouch! :) It's all good stuff this week....layin a foundation! Good to see old and new faces tonight :)

I think NOT!!!
I think everyone should take advantage of the opportunity that the trainers are giving all of you to zero in your form and bring to light any deficiencies you may have...
Maybe even get in some slow heavy lifts...
But PLEASE take with you what you will learn from this week... We all know that good form is something to pride yourself in.
