"Nutts"
For time:
10 Handstand push-ups
250 pound Deadlift, 15 reps
25 Box jumps, 30 inch box
50 Pull-ups
100 Wallball shots, 20 pounds, 10'
200 Double-unders
Run 400 meters with a 45lb plate
Take a little time and ROLL OUT your quads after this. At least four minutes a leg before you split.
Here's an interesting link relating to brain activity that results from all that work you've been up to. It's well supported by good nutrition of course. Remember, this holiday season it's about staying the course and preventing big nutritional swings either way amongst all the festivities. Stick with it.

32:04 Okay, so I was the last one of our group to finish, but super stoked that I finished that beat down!! A few mods: abmat + 10# plate for hspu & 145# on deadlifts. Not shabby, but nowhere near Jud the Stud's time or my brother from another mother, Chris Young, w/a whopping 19 minutes. Bam! Extra points for box jumping almost half your body height? Sweet! I didn't row tonight, cause if I would have I'd still be there.
My time (hold the laughter) was 34:36 including some mods:
shoulder press 35# for HSPU, 135# for deadlifts, box jumps on 10" w/35# plate, pull ups on my old green bands (not quite ready for 50 on the blue), wall balls with 10# ball (suck fest) 600 single jumps and 35# plate for 400 m.
