In the midst of the hollering at form and general cajoling we never get to convey how rewarding it is to be around you all. We've learned so much from each of you and yes, we know we still have a lot to learn...
One thing is certain, words fall far short of expressing our appreciation and grattitude. For your support and comittment to improving yourselves and each other, thank you.
Now get busy having fun and celebrating!
Workouts tomorrow at 0800, 0900 and 1000.

Happy Thanks giving to our Crossfit Marina family! Sincerely, Paula and Gina

I too am thankful for this gang that welcomed me in the door 3 years ago...just as my family was beginning to take shape. To all the men and women, boys and girls that have held/sang to/made funny faces at/etc my boys over these years while I snuck in my WOD, I thank you.
Thanks to the Serranos for constantly teaching new tricks to a guys who often feels like an old dog (especially first thing in the morning.)
Warm Blessings to you all today. See you tomorrow for Black Friday Work Out.

So well put....
I think this CrossFit Marina community is moving into the future of fitness with an emphasis on "community". We are all constantly improving and learning because of all the great trainers and the family atmosphere that the Serranos provide us with. I am honored to walk thru your doors on a daily basis and to continue learning with all of you!!!
I am thankful for all those who protect this country Domestically and Abroad, for you may not be with your family like most of us but your sacrafices as modern day warriors never go unnoticed or will ever be forgotten...!!!!
I am thankful for my family, Tom Nancy and Kristi.
I am thankful for my westcoast family the Serranos and the CrossFit Marina members.
I am thankful for my Lady, she is my motivation to push myself everyday and strive to be better....
Thanks babe and thanks to everyone who has joined me on this amazing journey....
Now lets watch football and drink Mamosas!!!!!
