Rest you pluperfect paragons of paleo purity.
Your efforts on form and intensity may have left you a tad sore. Take a lesson from our firend and tor-mentor, K Star (the link not the pup!). Ice your painful pieces and work on moderate flexibility for those sore spots.
Nice turnout and good job yesterday everyone. Stand by for more deliberate, slower movement this week.
For a well deserved paleo break, try the Abbey on Main Street in Seal Beach. The huge Abbey burger, no bun, with the salad instead of fries is an awesome choice. A little red wine and big screen TV's along the walls should get you through the football today. After last night's wins for the Trojans, UCLA and LSU, the pros had better put up!

Suz you totally almost had the guy who won the NYC Marathon today. He ran about a 4:55 pace for 26.2. That scrawny hoser can't deadlift or do pull ups though.
YOU remain, the boss.

Good job Suzie. Must have been the Bruins' win last night propelling you to glory. Ice and roll out lightly.

I RAN the IronGirl 10K. I'll post my time when I get home. It's a PR though. I followed a girl from CF619. I vowed not to lose sight of her. After mile 4 I passed her! Thanks CF Marina for making me a faster runner.
