Glad you didn't go heavy overhead with the press the other day? This workout should make you thankful your traps and delts are somewhat rested. Here's a shot of a field tested resting stance.
Three rounds for time of:
95 pound Overhead squat, 15 reps
15 L Pull-ups
95 pound Split-jerk, 15 reps
15 Knees to elbows
95 pound Hang clean, 15 reps
15 Back extensions, with 25 pounds

Something just short of 27 minutes with 35# bar and ever present green bands for pull ups.
Day 2 of Paleo challenge is in the books. Just make a frittata so that breakfast will be less of a challenge.
