When We Do It

  • CrossFit Marina Organized Workouts:
    Monday-Friday 05:30, 06:00, 06:30, 08:15, and 09:15 (Please come at class time only!!). If you're late please workout at the next class! Monday - Thursday 4:15, 5:15 and 6:15 pm. Friday 4:15 and 5:15 pm Saturday 08:00 and 09:00. We are closed Sundays.

Cost

  • Monthly or Daily -
    On a Drop-In basis: $20.00. Monthly Unlimited visits are: $170.00

8:50 - 155#for first 16, then switched to 135# (sadly, still heavy), one abmat + 10#plate for hspu. Nice Bikrahm wod :) Good chat, Kari....you can do it, girl!

Denise, come to think of it, my rear was at different poles for each of those exercises; north for the stickbugs and south for the deadlifts.

16:54 with 125# DL and stinkbugs for the HSPU. During the stickbugs I thought I sure am glad there aren't any mirrors in Marina! That's just not an image that needs to be projected!
Thanks Lady D for the instruction on the deadlifts. Someday I'll get this all dialed in.
