Technique day! A few options to work on include the power snatch, a power snatch with an overhead squat,or the full snatch. Here's a gent nailing a monster sized SN. And a great slow motion example of Kendrick Farris with this lift. You guys will all move just like this.
Time to work on that:
Snatch 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps
Get some band work (tension) on those shoulders when you finish, then continue your cool down (slowly roll out or...) with a stretch of the front side of your hips.
