When We Do It

  • CrossFit Marina Organized Workouts:
    Monday-Friday 05:30, 06:00, 06:30, 08:15, and 09:15 (Please come at class time only!!). If you're late please workout at the next class! Monday - Thursday 4:15, 5:15 and 6:15 pm. Friday 4:15 and 5:15 pm Saturday 08:00 and 09:00. We are closed Sundays.

Cost

  • Monthly or Daily -
    On a Drop-In basis: $20.00. Monthly Unlimited visits are: $170.00

52:51 almost a stinken hour?
shoulder press 55#, deadlift 95#, 3 pull ups instead of 12 per round, double unders except last round did 36 singles and 12 double

How's this for a winning time...40:01! Did I win a stuffed animal?
I used my ever present green bands for the pull ups except for round 8 when I did the ring pull ups. (Someone was using my band and box...just saying)
95# deadlifts. Went lighter than usual cause I could still feel my hammies from Saturday (what's up with that?)
55# shoulder press
Single jumps.
Overall, I liked that WOD.

32:05 - Mods...hspu:abmat+10# plate, 105#dl. Made decent time cause my double unders were on fire today..whoop whoop, but b*tched out on dl weight due to sore back. Good hustle, Night Crews! Sweaty beat down...good stuff! :)
