Outstanding week everyone. You dug in and showed up for whatever. We saw some fine form displayed too.
We're going to start back with a slow lift day tomorrow. Costumes are optional if you're on your way in to or home from a scary horror filled event; like work.
Some light skill work will be an option too but we'd really like you to get in some dedicated mobility time. It's so beneficial we want to make sure you have the time and tools for it. Make sure and search the mobility wod blog for any specific areas you want to focus on. This has become a fantastic resource.

Happy Halloween Everyone!

Suzie, you ROCK! Never cease to amaze & inspire me. I would rather take a math test or poke my eye out than run! Ugh. Good on you!! :)

Mostly ran a 10K at the West LA Veteran's Hospital for the LA Cancer Challenge. I was running about 12 minute miles. We walked when my friend's knee acted up. Overall average time was 12:53 per mile.
