Here's a nice heavy lift day. Big rest in between lifts and, as they say at the corner bar "あなたの頭の愚かを使用してください" (use-your-head!). Make small increases in that bar weight once you get close to your known max. Westside style!
Deadlift 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps
When you finish, get in some reps on that perverse hyper. Light, but large numbers if you've been working on it.
