When We Do It

  • CrossFit Marina Organized Workouts:
    Monday-Friday 05:30, 06:00, 06:30, 08:15, and 09:15 (Please come at class time only!!). If you're late please workout at the next class! Monday - Thursday 4:15, 5:15 and 6:15 pm. Friday 4:15 and 5:15 pm Saturday 08:00 and 09:00. We are closed Sundays.

Cost

  • Monthly or Daily -
    On a Drop-In basis: $20.00. Monthly Unlimited visits are: $170.00

Ouchhhhhh! Why didn't anyone tell me it was Quad Week? Not thrilled w/my time, but happy I completed it! 22:51rxd. Thanks for the motivation, Cool Trainer :)

Jud- it's just like the barefoot style, which could possibly be reffered to as free running... Well he may just be free b___ing... Not sure tho hard to tell by the pic... Although ancient tribes would WOD without shorts it allows the body to know when it has reached full range of motion... Duh!! Come on Jud u gotta hit a history book...

As for serious business, thanks for letting me chase you Brian, it was fun until Deb made us sweat!! Haha

And of course this great community is now featured on ESPN2 this evening, how far we've come but I'm sure we have all seen it coming...
