Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
10 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball - Git yer butts deep.
10 Toes to bar - To. The. Bar.
10 Box jumps, 24" box - if you can, jump!
Lots of dynamic movement here, keep your midline tight and get those shoulders nice and warm before tossing that wall ball.
