Five rounds for max reps of:
Body weight bench press
Pull-ups
No collars on the bars! Your choice of pacing, hit the bench press and get right up on the pull ups or, wait a set amount of minutes between sets. Either way, watch the hands!



It's awesome that I only weigh 85lbs, so thats all I had to lift tonight...yay! :)
Bench press: 7/10/10/9/9 Pull ups: 10/10/11/10/12 = 98 total reps? And that Denise lady? What a "cool trainer"! Thanks for the spot & motivation :)

Did body weight (155) and went straight into pull-ups. Rested after pull-ups.
93 total reps.
