When We Do It

  • CrossFit Marina Organized Workouts:
    Monday-Friday 05:30, 06:00, 06:30, 08:15, and 09:15 (Please come at class time only!!). If you're late please workout at the next class! Monday - Thursday 4:15, 5:15 and 6:15 pm. Friday 4:15 and 5:15 pm Saturday 08:00 and 09:00. We are closed Sundays.

Cost

  • Monthly or Daily -
    On a Drop-In basis: $20.00. Monthly Unlimited visits are: $170.00

Yes.... I let Angela beat me (Angela you know I love you).... I feel like it won't look good if I start beating everyone with a broken back.... It's not all about Winning Jud!!! lol

Holy quad-killer, Batman! Those squats sucked! At the beginning of the mile, my legs felt like I was just walking off a ship. That being said, I'm still happy with my mile time 10:50. While really slow for most of you, it's a PR for me. I can't wait to try a mile again sans squats.

tsk, tsk, oh ye of the cracked column. Why not try some heavy back-squat-box-jumps next time...

I'll be doing tonight's workout from the Northside of the p4 level of city hall east (not quite as exotic as John's)
