Is your athletic output where you like it lately? Getting enough rest? Make sure you're giving consideration to your sleep and nutrition, not straying too far with the paleo-crunch-apple-strudel-ish stuff (one bite, that was it!) or staying up all night.
How much sleep do you need and what's a good way to determine that? Check out this link from the good folks at Harvard University for an option, and some solid information. Don't mess with your rest!
Three rounds:
One minute of each movement. After the three minutes, one minute of rest.
Push Ups
Double Unders
Ball Slams!
Match your repetition numbers from the first round as you go through this. Either shoot for the same number of each movement each round or just keep the total reps up as you can.

210 reps with 20 # ball and single unders.
Jump rope malfunction first round. Changed ropes and it worked much better.

A mile run afterwards with Adam. Thanks, Adam for the run. I wouldn't have gone out otherwise.
