Go to a ball game. Cheer for the home team.
Have a great day and get in a ride or a swim or some other sport-like active recovery!
Take a listen to a nice short talk about taking a listen...

It was more than a visit home, it was more than a trip to a skyscraper, dinner boat ride with front row seats to the statue of liberty or a visit to what now is a work in progress and is an uneasy reminder of a cowardly act and a day set in history....
It was a true compliment to following the one you care about, who is broken, beaten and exhausted into battle everyday, it is hard to put into words how proud I am of that handstand having beauty!!! It was no easy task not knowing the schedule or not knowing where the events were or not knowing how ones body would react after sprinting up and down the field day after day...... All I could do was cheer loudly and sit back and hope for the best. Well her best far exceeded what anyone could imagine... Although no gold on the soccer field she preformed like a gold medal champion and literally brought one home after benching (the westside gods would smile!!lol). And you all would be prou of her, she represented not only USA but Marina!!!
Great job baby, I'll carry your bags anytime!!!lol

Good looking crew if ya ask me!!!! So nice to be back in Cali.... Missed my Marina folks.... Can't wait to get back into it with ya all tomorrow....I did my best to represent for ya all on the Police and Fire games... Soccer team didn't do to well.... Doctor said TCA (toughest competitor alive) was out of the question since my back is broken.... However I did manage to pull off a gold medal in the Bench press.... So overall a good time and a lot of great competition!!!
