8 Thrusters (155/105)
6 Rope Climbs (15 ft. ascent)
11 Box Jumps (30/24)
A partner WOD. While one partner does the work, another runs a 400m run with a weighted object. When the runner returns they swap places with the runner continuing at the rep number where the last partner stopped.
Pace it, go steady for the 31 minutes. You can't save your partner if you blow out in the first couple trips. If you choose to donate to a charity supporting the survivors of these men you can do so here. And thank you!

110 reps with John. 135#/55# thrusters for us 45#/25# backpacks and 30" box jumps. Good team work, evenly split the rope climbs each round. Thanks partner! And Suzie...you can step into the ring with Betsy Crocker any day, those lemon bars were worthy of a bake-off smackdown!!!! Yummmmmm :) Happy Labor Day Weekend, CF family!

243 reps with Adam.
I used 55# for thrusters,10 inch box for jumps, did rope pulls and carried 30 and 20# ball during the runs. I'm proud that I jogged every 400m with the ball.
Awesome workout everybody.
