58:08 Mods: 80# power cleans, abmat & 10# plate for hspu. Whew! Only one rip on my last round & lots of sweat. I also gave Santiago a kind thought on a break & told Mariah so, when I was told to get going. Love the crowds tonight & everyone showing up for the torture! Good rally Marina :) Where were the snacks?

Thanks, Mr. Incredible, for your post.
During round 7, I stopped my pull ups at 10. I thought, ah, I'll just cut the reps down. I walked over to the barbell for the power cleans and thought as tough as this was, this is/was nothing compared to Santiago. I walked back to the pull up bar and finished my reps (albiet ugly reps).
So my time was 46:21 for 7 rounds
Pull ups with green bands
Power clean with 65#'s
Dumbbell squat cleans 12#'s (should have went heavier)
Shoulder press with 12"s (should have went heavier)
We left enough DNA in the box to indict all of us.

As I sit here drenched in sweat, some blood, and completely light headed.... I am able to crack a smile with ease, this comes with the joy that it brings me to have completed this workout with I think all three night classes!! There are many questions people asked themselves and each other upon starting this workout... "should I go rxd?" "what mods should I do?" "abmat or shoulder press?" "can I make it in under an hour?"
None of those questions matter.... Because no matter what ur Wod consisted of you all honored a fallen hero the way he should be honored... You gutted through what seemed inpossible and completed YOUR hero Wod... Congratulations to you all, I'm sure each of you discovered a little more of what you thought possible of yourselves!!!

I don't have enough for everyone but I promise to bring a caramel cake next Saturday so all can enjoy it.
Not only will it not be Paleo, it can induce a diabetic coma as the topping hardens like dulce de leche. It's good though.

All were sets of 10. Can't handle 7 rounds of 18 yet.
65# on the power cleans. 20# dumbells for squats and 15# for the shoulder press.
Green band for pull ups.
This one is a bear. ( And I liked it.)
