Here's that chip-fest for ya. On it's regularly scheduled day (for those who saw it earlier and thought it was a two-a-day...oops).
For time:
20 calorie Row
30 Wallball Shots, 20 pound ball
20 Toes to bar
30 Box jumps, 24" box
20 Sumo-deadlit high-pull, 108 pound kettlebell
30 Burpees
20 Shoulder to overhead, 135 pounds
120 foot Sled pull, sled plus 165 pounds
On days like this when we have great weather it seems like it'd be impossible to get dehydrated. This is the perfect combination for that exact thing to happen though, low humidity cool weather and a series of nice hard WODs. Drink up kiddos. Helps you get along well too!



16:43 Mostly rxd but used 65# push press, 53#kb sumos...EXHAUSTING! Loved it, can't wait for tomorrow :) Thanks for staying for us 5:00-ishers.

I have mo idea what my time was. What I do know was that it was a great WOD. Thanks Boss and Boss Lady for a fun kick off to the weekend.
For stats, I used my 10" box w/35# plate atop. 10# wallball and 35# KB. I pulled the tire, not the sled.
