Please warm up those shoulders well! Give yourself a little extra time to try each movement in your warm up.
Watch your back on the Sumo DL's at the tail end of this. Reset well before each rep and use good form or completely stop and take a breath or two.
10 Handstand Push Ups
20 Wall Balls
30 Toes to Bar
40 Power Cleans 135/95#
50 Burpees
60 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls 75/55#
