I'm w/Suzie, missed Wed & did both wods.....did I miss double unders? Woops! OHS: 55/65/75/85/95 Pretty sure that was a PR :) Rows: 2:04/2:02/2:00/2:03....sucked! Not a fan of the rowing, but thanks Kim, John & Mariah for the coaching...STROKE! :) Best part of the night? Hugging/seeing Grania!

This weekend I'll be helping a bunch of crazy Ultra runners as they travese Mt. Wilson trails at the Mt. Disappointment 50k.

Mine unfortunately don't look like that so I worked on them with 65#. And did 67 doubleunders unbroken. I was hoping I could get 100...I will keep trying!
