15 Overhead Squats
Take a while and get a nice slow stretch in when you're done. Wall squat (on your back, feet on wall) for a good four minutes. Then get some tension on those shoulders with a band.

22:33 with 45# bar but that's just part of the story. The real story is in the thanks to everyone for cheering me on this morning.
