On the fish oil front: Check out this nice description from the Stronger Faster Healthier people covering the proper reading of a fish oil label. Be a better consumer and healthier at the same time. They've come out with a stronger product with a smaller bottle. Don't be discouraged! The smaller bottles carry a more potent dose (over 5 grams in two teaspoons) and last as long.
