What mods to choose for this (if needed)? Take it from the floor? That should keep most of us at a realistic weight choice. Any doubts, do the movement with your actual workout weight in your warm up and see how your best form feels.
Lots of jerking movements in this. Avoid any whiplash or muscle tearing by transitioning as smoothly as possible.
Three rounds for time of:
135 pound Front squat, 12 reps
12 Burpee pull-ups
On the fish oil front: Check out this nice description from the Stronger Faster Healthier people covering the proper reading of a fish oil label. Be a better consumer and healthier at the same time. They've come out with a stronger product with a smaller bottle. Don't be discouraged! The smaller bottles carry a more potent dose (over 5 grams in two teaspoons) and last as long. Let us know if you like the 6 oz. or 10 oz. sizes; a load of the 6 ouncers will be here soon.
