In this workout, weight is nowhere near as important as the depth of that overhead squat. Warm up well and get your magic rope dialed in before starting. Keep the swearing to a minimum if you're still working on those Double Unders. Should be a quickie, not an epic saga. Some (victims of Barbara?) may do this with no clock involved. Just work on the execution of these movements.
Three rounds for time of:
Overhead squat, 10 reps
50 Double-unders
Stretch and roll out your lower extremities big-time after this. Your calves and feet get incredible load with this, not to mention your backside...

Yeah, I'm with Tommy! Don't you AM people know that we PM people look to you for a pulse on the upcoming wod? How much do I mentally need to prepare or how big of an excuse do I have to come up with to tell Mariah I'm chickening out? :) I sneeze and my abs cry out.

Tommy: I didn't comment because I wussed out and worked on my form w/35lb bar.
Great job you and Blair on today's wod.
And..., YES..., are we really going to do 7 rounds of 29 back squats after running tomorrow!?!?

is everyone just beat down like myself and cant stand once seated bcs their abdominals and hip flexors tighten up so much???
Or are you still trying to figure out how to turn on your computer because all your blood is in your legs after heavy overhead sqts and du's???? Or we could all just be fearing the soon to come - feel somewhat obligated to do a hero wod - ridiculous amounts of backsquats that we will attempt to do rxd bcs we are more moto than intelligent.....????
Well whatever the reason just wanted to say great job to everyone at the 9/10 classes who was going all out on todays beat down...
