When We Do It

  • CrossFit Marina Organized Workouts:
    Monday-Friday 05:30, 06:00, 07:00, 08:15, and 09:15 (Please come at class time only!!). If you're late please workout at the next class! Monday - Thursday 4:15, 5:15 and 6:15 pm. Friday 4:15 and 5:15 pm Saturday 08:00 and 09:00. We are closed Sundays.

Cost

  • Monthly or Daily -
    On a Drop-In basis: $20.00. Monthly Unlimited visits are: $170.00

Tommy...I'm ruined and I took today off!

Yeah, I'm with Tommy! Don't you AM people know that we PM people look to you for a pulse on the upcoming wod? How much do I mentally need to prepare or how big of an excuse do I have to come up with to tell Mariah I'm chickening out? :) I sneeze and my abs cry out.

is everyone just beat down like myself and cant stand once seated bcs their abdominals and hip flexors tighten up so much???
Or are you still trying to figure out how to turn on your computer because all your blood is in your legs after heavy overhead sqts and du's???? Or we could all just be fearing the soon to come - feel somewhat obligated to do a hero wod - ridiculous amounts of backsquats that we will attempt to do rxd bcs we are more moto than intelligent.....????
Well whatever the reason just wanted to say great job to everyone at the 9/10 classes who was going all out on todays beat down...
