Nice combo, warm day and a gnarly WOD. If you don't hydrate well before this you'd better get right on it when you're done. You'll recognize it from the staggering post-WOD gait and the fact that you usually leave something behind in the shop on days like this.

Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats
Rest precisely three minutes between each round.
Then GO, WATCH, DO to the palace of pliable! Catch up and take advantage of the bands or other toys at the shop to stretch your tight southern quarters after your workout.
