For example: Joe and PK stretched and warmed up properly before their drink-run-swim-run-drink yesterday. Did themselves proud and supported the Wounded Warrior Foundation. Supporting our nation's true heroes.
And while we're talking about heroes, make sure and ask Bill B. how he saved a woman's life in Vegas this weekend. No BS quick thinking and action, delivering nothing less than we know of him. "Fire Marshall Bill" lives baby; good job!!
