As cool as the action at the HDC is, that first individual workout at the beach was incredible yesterday. Huge thanks to the Santa Monica P.D. for the work on getting that venue. Also great are the nice people stopping by through the week. We have the world's best visitors too!
Here's today's fun.
Individual warm ups then:
8 minutes to get one 80% 1RM Jerk.
Then:
Start with a 500m Row followed by three rounds of-
- Church run w/DB
- 20 GHD Sit Ups
- 10 Squat Cleans (full) with the jerk
Then get your ass up to the Home Depot Center or watch the madness on the ESPN3 live feed or replay. Awesome quality work.
