Hope you all had a great weekend but didn't overdo it! A little Vegas, a parade, a BBQ with friends by the pool, little ball game, some fire works. You were all over and now it's time to rock that body back through a little wash and rinse cycle.
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
7 Handstand push-ups (or heavy shoulder presses)
12 L-Pull-ups (or strict pulls, or knees to elbows)
And can we get some more info on Bill putting out those two women's hair fires single handedly? The story is getting bigger with every telling!



9 rds +8reps...kipping L pull ups. Raw paws..not looking forward to more pull ups tomorrow :(
