3 X 800 sounded like a way to get our dogs their exercise at the same time. So my time was 20:24 with both dogs running with me. Not bad considering there were 2 doggie potty stops and a roll in the grass.
Then made up my own WOD:
rowed 1000m, 60 back extensions, 25 pull ups w/red band, jumped rope singles, 25 back squats with 45# bar, 20 GHD sit-up.

Well here we go!!!!!!
Day 1 of the Games in the pacific!!! How we have evolved as a community and as a sport...
I have already seen the turnout at this event which kicked off at 7am and it was a sea of CrossFitters meeting a sea of salt water opposition. I'm looking forward to seeing many familiar faces this weekend in Carson and maybe even having a beverage....or two.
It was an honor to train with the Reebok Ladies, and my lady.. And chris who killed the Ohio wod!
I had to chase all of you!
