Badger
Complete three rounds for time of:
95 pound Squat clean, 30 reps
30 Pull-ups
Run 800 meters
The focus in this WOD is on your squat clean. Really lean back at the very top of your pull, "come around" the bar and get that catch just below parallel.
And here's a fantastic looking website that may not make you as cool as the guy in that picture, but just as paleo-healthy.
