Time to dust off those gams this week. For this WOD use a movement to match the weight you're using and your skill with the lifts. Modify with a power clean and push press if needed. Choose your movements safely and hit it hard.
For time:
Run 800 meters
Clean and Jerk, 30 reps
Run 800 meters
Nice slow static stretch and maybe an easy roll out when you finish. Don't cheat the mobility time!
