Getting a little busy folks! The Norcal Regionals are this week and the following week it's the Northwest. Then we're up! Get ready for a nice party at the "Beach" (as Joe calls it).
Here's a break from the Regionals workouts:
For time:
50 Pull-ups
10 Burpees
40 Pull-ups
20 Burpees
30 Pull-ups
30 Burpees
20 Pull-ups
40 Burpees
10 Pull-ups
50 Burpees
You must/shall modify this if the nice trainer person tells you. No if, ands, or butt-arms. This is not a pull up dose to mess with.
