When We Do It

  • CrossFit Marina Organized Workouts:
    Monday-Friday 05:30, 06:00, 06:30, 08:15, and 09:15 (Please come at class time only!!). If you're late please workout at the next class! Monday - Thursday 4:15, 5:15 and 6:15 pm. Friday 4:15 and 5:15 pm Saturday 08:00 and 09:00. We are closed Sundays.

Cost

  • Monthly or Daily -
    On a Drop-In basis: $20.00. Monthly Unlimited visits are: $170.00

(25lb db's, 35lb plate). I'm working on it.

But, Angela...in May it was all 30 of each...this is more reps and further walk/sprint. You're still a rockstar!!!! We're not worthy.

Geez Angela, you'll just have to deal with the extra massive muscles!!

15:36...inadvertantly cheated on about 15 ground to overheads...forgot to go all the way to the ground (and sure as heck didn't lay those bad boys flat!)

I just looked and rx'd was supposed to be 25# DB and 25# plate. Oh well!
When we did this WOD on May 21st I was right at 11:00 mins. I am still beat up from Tuesdays WOD and those 35# DB's kicked my ass!
