Slow lift day. Work those hammies with perfect back form (not hyperextended and for *@#~ sure not rounded!). If you went heavy on Saturday, use 50% of your one rep max and do:
Deadlift
3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3
Rest about 60 seconds in between sets. Keep the bar moving smooth but fast.
OR...
Deadlift
1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1
And go heavy.

Either way you'll have to address the nutritional side if you want to get your best performance. Your choice of athletic attire is another matter entirely...
