Get a chance to work on your tan this weekend? Some of us did. At least the farmer part of it. Now it's time for a little fun. Some Monday "old school girls" fun.

Thought I saw a gray hair on Tommy boy's head there! Janice you hit it on the head. So cool to see experienced volunteers doing work they know how to do. Everyone had a chance to do something constructive at some time, and didn't wait around.
Thanks again for letting us be part of it.

Where's the "like" button for Tommyboy's comment?

Well said Tommy! I agree 100% I think CrossFit Marina is one of the best (actually the BEST) affiliate there is. I feel fortunate to have found this community of great people especially the Serranos. It was great to everyone last weekend at the regionals participate in every way possible.

Once again we all have experienced another chapter in the CrossFit evolution.... The SoCal Regionals.... I would like to openly thank everyone who gave their time wether it was to attend as a spectator, or to volunteer your time and work the event this past weekend. It shows the value of this community... starting first and foremost with the Serrano family who gives of themselves countless hours to make these events happen and happen with style... UMATCHED WORLDWIDE!! It takes a strong affiliate to have members who are supportive of the time that is needed to make this event go smoothly. It takes great friends and family to understand that competing, volunteering and cheering are a passion of all CrossFitters...... and understanding that they spend the majority of their Father's Day attending/assisting at a CrossFit event. It takes a strong group of volunteers to deal with my over-the-top organizing and neurotic and especially a great and strong girlfriend to put up with my countless hours of obsessing over every detail (thanks Babe!) People have thanked me and told me that "I" did a good job this past weekend.... Well without each and everyone of you NONE of this would be possible...
SO I THANK ALL OF YOU, "YOU ALL" DID A GREAT JOB AND "YOU ALL" ARE APPRECIATED MORE THAN YOU KNOW!!!
