Swimming WOD: 13:42 rx'd

Thanks to all that have served and are currently serving!!!
This day became 'extra special' for me 5 years ago when one of my ex-player/student lost his
life fighting in Iraq.

Have a great Memorial Day!

btw the "blanket of freedom" bit was adapted from Col. Nathan R. Jessup USMC. give credit where it is due. And you better believe there will be a biscuit involved, biscuit!

Thank you Steve, all the vets and their families for the sacrifices you have made!

Well said Jud! Thanks to all those who have sacrificed so that we don't have too!

Enjoy the "right" coast and have a Bojangles biscuit on me.

Memorial Day gives pause to honor all Vets. Steve, Dad, my Mother-in-Law, and all the others that have strapped on your boots and stood for our country: thanks! Thanks that I can vote for whomever I prefer, speak my mind regardless of it's (lack of) content, and worship God the best I know how. Thanks for allowing us to rise and sleep under the blanket of freedom you have provided for our nation.

Todays WOD...AMRAP in 12 hours:
1 Beach chair raise,
2 cooler lid lifts,
1 Sun Tan lotion slather 190 lbs

Enjoy the day, it has started wonderfully here on the East Coast!

I want in.....

What's a swim WOD? Where does it take place?
