Attention anyone interested or already following the westside programming:
Over the remainder of this week and next week please try to compile your 1RMs for all ur regularly completed lifts including your -Bench -Back Squat and -Deadlift.
I will be cleaning up the board and we will be starting a new wave of Dynamic exercises including a little more locked on scheduling for the Westside Programming. I will do my best to keep on top of having that posted for the preceding week by the friday or saturday of the prior week..
