Progression day! Work on M/U progressions with jumpers or with the band (watch it when you stand up!), but make sure you spend some time on it. Several sets of C2B pull ups and deep dips should accompany this also.

5:56--at work (had to reattempt the last one)...Victor from Mean Streets had a 5:20 though...Glad the sprinkler pipe didn't break in the parking garage, that would've been a bummer!
Joe, just remember...Justin is ALWAYS impressive!
