155 pound Deadlift, 9 reps
12 Push-ups
15 Box jumps, 24" box
Light lift in this? Sure, yet the goal is still the "productive application of force" that will make you most efficient. If your technique gets sloppy you'll max out earlier fighting to hold decent form. Back off the accelerator just a bit and find a pace that you can breath at while constantly moving.
